Is my enquiry confidential?

Total confidentiality is guaranteed. Discretion is a natural and essential part of our work and we would never put you into a situation where your position is compromised. You are always in control of the work we undertake. We may for example during an investigation uncover other issues that you were unaware of. If this happens – and it can, then we will always discuss this and take further instructions from you. We will not proceed without those further instructions as any other issues may not be pressing, or may have implications in other areas that you do not wish to pursue at the present time.

What services do you offer?

We offer a high quality service at a competitive rate and serve clients from all locations. We are presented with many propositions and problems and our aim is to achieve the outcome expected; in an efficient, cost effective and professional manner.

How do I begin?

The start of the process is usually a meeting but this is not always the case, we can communicate and work via e-mail, text or telephone. We will not commence working for you until we fully understand the nature of the work you wish us to undertake. Together we will define the boundaries of the work.

What do I do next?

When you have the results you may need to make a decision on how to act next, it may be that the right thing to do at the time is nothing, or it may be necessary to take positive action, you may even be compelled to take action by what is uncovered. We cannot tell you what to do, we may however based on our experience be able to advise what might happen if certain courses of action are taken, but be aware that every circumstance is different. Whatever you choose to do, we will be available to advise and support wherever and whenever we can.

Do you have male and female agents?

We use professional male & female agents.

How will I know what’s happening?

We will naturally produce the end result, however we will provide you with ongoing information during the course of the enquiry if required. It may of course not necessarily be the information you want to hear, but it will be honest, fair and unbiased.

When can I contact you?

We can offer our services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

How is my result provided and when?

The results of our work will depend on the nature of the work being undertaken, it may be a report, a court appearance, photographic or digital evidence. We will present and discuss the results of our work with you where and when you wish.

What types of payment can you accept?

We can accept any payment method you require as you are in control of the finances eg – cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit cards etc.

Where can I leave a review for your services?

Discretion is a natural and essential part of our work therefore we do not ask and do not expect our clients to leave reviews of our confidential services.
